Respect your meat and respect your butcher…

I rarely post video links but I came across this tonight completely by chance. You’ve simply got to watch this and the next time you grill that perfect T-bone or Ribeye or Flank, remember to respect the animal, the farmer and the butcher. They all work hard to fill our tummies!
